I am the mother of an absolutely BEAUTIFUL, and misunderstood, 8-yr-old daughter diagnosed with ADHD. Her teachers think she may have Aspberger's Syndrome, although I have had her tested by 3 independent and reliable "sources" (including an entire team of psychologists) and according to them, she has neither AS or autism. I have my doubts, though. She exhibits the same symptoms that I observed in Heather...yeah, I only saw her on TV, but the similarities are just striking. Actually, those characteristics seemed to make Heather a better model than the other young ladies. No matter what you might hear from various flippant a-holes who think they know EVERYthing, Aspberger's and autism are NOT just labels people give children and teens who are really just "stupid" or hyperactive! Don't be fooled, people. Reject ignorance!
I TOTALLY feel for you, Heather!! You're an inspiration!!

I really like Shandi and would like to know if her career has taken off after the season. I would like to see an episode of how the winners and the runners up are doing now. I like to think the show has done alot to help them in their modeling careers.

I love watching america's next top model. i have 3 favorites they are(start from number 3) Eva Caridee and Jaslane. I think Tyra should do a show with girls from ages 10-15. She could give them little prizes.I think that would be a wonderful expirence for the younger girls.

I' totally obsessed with watching the makeover shows. I love the decisions made on how to make a girl look her modelesque- best!!

Watching ANTM season 5, that girl Gina is so annoying. Sorry those girls had to put up with her during the making of this season. I have never seen a women act the way she has. UNBELIEVABLE!! What a cry baby. Thank God she didn't win.

omg sorry, but the funniest part of antm is elimination time. tyra has a SUPER STRAIT FACE ON when she's usually having fun. OMG u c the models sweating. DUN, DUN, DUN! BUT THEN THE PERSON U WANT 2 GO HOME GOES, now THATS the funny part. but when the person u wanna stay leaves u still laugh because your bounced up on tyra's super strait face

i would like to voice how how this show is just another show that causes youg girls and teenagers to be insacure about them selfs. a pluse size person is not a size 6 but a size 16. most "pluse" size women are healthy and beautyful. today everything makes women and youg girls to feel bad about the way they look and if they are over a size 6 today they are thought to be fat or ugly causing them to lose the weight and be unhelthy just to fit your image of beauty. just telling young girls and women who are bigger that they are still beautyful but show on this show that they have to be a serten size to be beautyfuls like a modle is being a hypocrit. most not all of the women on this show are very ugly a people but cuz they have looks they are looked up to. i think this should be stoped and look at true beauty then fake sorry if i affended anyone

I must admit that this show is very entertaining but I must admit that stefanie is right about a lot of the women on this show being ugly on the inside. The marathon that is on today reminded me of that when that "former anorexic" girl, Allison, started stuffing tissue in a black Barbie's pants and saying that it had a lot of junk in its trunk because it's black. When she did that racist stuff she wasn't just making fun of Fatima, she was insulting all black women. If she wanted to just insult Fatima, then she didn't need to make the blanket statement about black women.
Even more disturbing is that the other girl, Whitney, who ended up winning that season was laughing and didn't see anything wrong with what Allison did. I think that an overweight model (even if she is Caucasian) should be more sensitive to not offending others who are often the targets of jokes and degrading remarks!
Well, as I stated these girls really are ugly on the inside... at least that bigot Allison was kicked off of the show quickly.

I love ANTM but i can't seem to understand why the white girls on that show are so intimidated by the black girls. Every season it is the same thing the white girls against the black girls. Ever since Bush has been in office the racial lines have been taken to the extremes. Seeing how the show is ran by a black women these white women need to be more respectful about how they treat the black women on Tyra Banks show.
