My Pick: Melrose Bickerstaff
Melrose may have rubbed every girl in the competition the wrong way, but it didn't stop her from almost winning America's Next Top Model. She had everything going for her: a background in fashion, a versatile look, and won nearly half of the reward challenges. The judges, and other contestants, saw Melrose as a perfectionist who would do whatever it took to win. Why should she be faulted for that? Sure, she never won CoverGirl of the Week. But in a cutthroat industry, being driven and self-motivated are qualities that should be recognized as positive. She wanted it more than anyone. Her passion aside, Melrose took some of my favorite pictures in the entire series. She was even called out earlier more consistently than CariDee. Tyra constantly reminds contestants that America's Next Top Model is not a beauty pageant. Perhaps there should be less of an emphasis on likeability for that distinction to be made.

I feel when Jada was kicked off, it was due to that racist male model. I feel once Jaeda told Tyra that he said he don't like black women, he should have been replaced ASAP! Tyra can relate to how racism can hurt, she's experienced it.

Okay.....CarriDee is amazing. Tyra chose the right girl....shes the most well-rounded and real girl on that show. CarriDee knew what she wanted!
I TOTALLY AGREE THE TYRA CHOSE THE RIGHT GRL. CARRIDEE IS A BEAUTIFUL PERSON AND I BELIEVE THAT SHE DESERVED TO WIN.
Who is he and why is he talking about CariDee on America's Next Top Model? He looks kinda wierd too.
Thought Caridee was an awesome winner choice although out of all of the girls I thought that Brooke was my favorite!!

I just watched this season and have to say that I felt bad for Melrose. I think she was only hated because deep down the other girls were jealous because she kept doing so well. Yes, she is a perfectionist but she never flipped out on others, she was only hard on herself. And I think that part of reason she built up a wall is because the others targeted her with their meanness. If they had been nice and friendly to her, I thinks he would have been friendly back, competition or not, because she seemed to have a truly friendly personality. I think what the judges saw was accurate. Did she say what she thought the judges wanted to hear? Maybe, but she definitely wasn't the only one! Also, I think she has better looks than CariDee. I was rootin' for you, Melrose!
