As usual the makeover episode is full of tears, happiness and drama, drama, drama. The ladies are whisked off to the salon where some dramatic changes leave some loving life and some...well, not so thrilled. Yaya gets rid of her braids and visits a dermatologist to help her get over her skin insecurities. The same went for Norelle who said "bye bye" to her braces and cut her hair nice and short. It was Amanda's transformation from brunette to icy blonde that was the best of the bunch, in my opinion. The long, blonde locks make her eyes pop, and her new 'do gave her one massive dose of confidence. Eva and Ann didn't love their makeovers, but hey...it's part of the biz. They'll get over it if they want to bring home the gold. The ladies also got personal consultations with Jay Manuel about how to apply makeup for a fresh look, and their skills were later tested when they had 10 minutes to apply makeup, get dressed and do their hair...in the limo. Norelle won and chose Eva, Ann and Kristi to attend a fab industry party with Jay...while all the other girls were stuck serving cocktails for the party.
